Thai Lux Travel is an overarching marketing campaign launched by the Tourism Authority of Thailand targeting a niche of culturally diverse luxury travelers whose tastes, needs, and expectations are above that of their regular travelers.

Thai Lux Travel seeks to position Thailand as a premier luxury destination for travelers who seek a memorable multi-dimensional, personal, and sensorial experience in Thailand.

ELMNTL was challenged with an opportunity to design a brand new state of the art website that would touch upon all 5 points of the travel customer journey: Dreaming, Planning, Booking, Experiencing, Sharing.

Challenge

To reach this very niche audience and differentiate the luxury purchasing and decision making process, we not only had to focus on a state of the art UX/UI but also integrate new experiences on the website itself to actively engage the audience.

Solution

We designed a fully responsive state of the art website that featured Thailand’s most luxurious and exquisite travel packages, integrated with a shoppable video experience, all linked directly to purchasable packages under TAT partner OTA pages.
