Custom Websites Built to Drive Leads, Sales and Bookings
576%
rise in lead generation within the first few months after we relaunched the Tribeca Rooftop website.
A website that looks good but doesn’t bring in business is an expensive brochure. We design every site around one question: what should a visitor do next? For a hotel or restaurant, that’s making a reservation. For a spa, it’s booking a treatment. For an online store, it’s checking out. Then we build the shortest, clearest path to that action.
That’s why our design work rarely stops at design. Strategy, UX, copy, development, technical SEO and analytics are handled by one team, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between a design studio, a developer and an SEO consultant. When the site launches, it’s already built to be found on Google, understood by AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and measured from the first visit.
Our website design work has earned Davey and W3 awards, including a W3 Gold Medal. And the results hold up beyond the trophy shelf: after we redesigned the Tribeca Rooftop website, lead generation rose 576% within the first few months of launch.
What we build
Website Design and Development Services
As a full-service web design agency, we can take a project from a blank page to a live, optimized site, or step in for just the parts you need.
01
Custom Website Design
Custom website design means a site built around your brand, your audience and your goals, not a theme with your logo swapped in. We start with research and a sitemap, design every key page from scratch, and build a reusable component system so your team can add pages later without breaking the design. Every layout is designed mobile-first, because that’s where most of your visitors arrive. Need something bespoke under the hood? See our custom web development services.
Typical deliverables: brand-aligned page designs, responsive layouts, a component library, custom photography and video direction, and accessibility checks for contrast, keyboard navigation and alt text.
02
Website Redesigns
A redesign is the right move when your site looks dated, loads slowly, is hard to update or simply doesn’t convert. We audit what’s working before we touch anything, including the pages that already rank and bring in leads, so the new site keeps your hard-earned search visibility and builds on it.
Typical deliverables: a content and SEO audit, a redirect map, a new information architecture, redesigned templates and a conversion-focused page layout.
03
Ecommerce Website Design
Our ecommerce website design focuses on the moments that decide a sale: finding the right product, trusting the brand and getting through checkout without friction. We design product, category and cart pages for speed and clarity, and structure product data so it can appear in Google Shopping results and AI shopping answers. Pair your new store with our ecommerce marketing services.
Typical deliverables: storefront and product page design, product catalog architecture, checkout UX, product schema markup, and integrations with payment, shipping and email platforms.
04
Landing Page Design
Landing pages do one job: turn a specific audience into a specific action. We design and build pages for paid campaigns, launches and seasonal offers, matched to the ad or email that sends traffic to them, and set up for A/B testing from day one.
Typical deliverables: campaign landing pages, lead and booking forms, conversion tracking, and test variants.
05
Technical SEO Built Into Every Build
SEO isn’t an add-on we bolt on after launch. Every ELMNTL site is built with clean site architecture, fast page speed, structured data (schema markup), mobile optimization and crawlable, server-rendered content. That last point matters more than ever: many AI crawlers don’t run JavaScript, so content hidden in sliders and scripts can be invisible to AI search. We build so Google and AI engines can read every page.
Typical deliverables: site architecture and URL structure, Core Web Vitals optimization, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt and AI crawler access, and Google Analytics 4 with conversion tracking.
06
Website Maintenance and Hosting
A website is never really finished. Our maintenance and hosting plans cover secure hosting, uptime monitoring, software and plugin updates, backups, security hardening and a monthly allowance of website edits. If a site does get compromised, we offer hacked website restoration to get it back online and clean.
Typical deliverables: managed hosting, monitoring, monthly updates, backups, and security patches.
Industries
Who We Design Websites For
We work with B2B, B2C and D2C brands of every size, from small non-profits to global names like UFC and national tourism boards. Three groups make up most of our website design work.
Hospitality and Tourism Brands
Hotels, venues, spas, restaurants and destinations sell an experience before a guest ever arrives, so the website has to carry the atmosphere and make booking effortless. We’ve designed sites for NYC event venues, coastal spas and award-winning restaurant groups, and our team leads digital work for tourism boards including Brunei Tourism and the Tourism Authority of Thailand. We know how to balance immersive visuals with fast load times, and how to connect booking and reservation tools so inquiries land where your team can act on them.
Ecommerce and Retail Brands
For online stores, the website is the business. We design ecommerce sites that make products easy to find and easy to buy, and we bring the marketing experience to fill them with traffic: our work with UFC focused on growing merchandise sales through UFCStore.com. Product pages are built with the structured data Google Shopping and AI shopping assistants rely on.
B2B and Professional Services Firms
B2B buyers research for weeks before they ever fill out a form. Your website has to answer their questions, prove expertise and make it easy to start a conversation. We design B2B sites around clear service pages, case studies and lead capture, with CRM integrations (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) that send every inquiry straight into your sales pipeline.
The route
Our Website Design Process
Every project follows the same four stages, with a review and sign-off at the end of each, so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
01
Discovery and Sitemap
We start by learning your business, audience, competitors and goals, and by auditing your current site’s traffic, rankings and conversions. That research becomes a sitemap and content plan that maps every page to a purpose and, where it matters, to the search terms your customers actually use.
02
Wireframes and Design
Wireframes lay out each key page’s structure and user flow before any visual design begins, so we agree on what goes where and why. Then our designers bring the brand to life with custom visual design, typography, imagery and motion, delivered as clickable mockups you can review on desktop and mobile.
03
Development and QA
Our developers build the approved designs with clean, semantic, fast-loading code, plus the integrations your site needs: booking tools, CRMs, payment gateways or email platforms. Before launch, every page is tested across browsers and devices, checked for accessibility and speed, and validated for schema markup and tracking.
04
Launch and SEO Migration
Launch is where many redesigns quietly lose their Google rankings. We prevent that with a full redirect map from old URLs to new ones, updated sitemaps, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools submissions, and post-launch monitoring of rankings, traffic and errors. After launch, we track performance against the goals set in discovery.
6 to 14 weeks
Most custom website projects take 6 to 14 weeks from discovery to launch, depending on page count, content readiness and integrations.

What moves the price most:
Page count and templates. More unique page layouts mean more design and development time.
Custom functionality. Booking engines, member areas, calculators and CRM or ERP integrations add scope.
Ecommerce. Product volume, variants and checkout requirements drive cost.
Content. Copywriting, photography and video production can be included or supplied by you.
SEO migration. Redesigns of high-traffic sites need more careful redirect and migration work.
No surprises
Every project starts with a written proposal covering scope, timeline and investment, so you know the cost before work begins.
